A poster communication at the WCRP Open Science Conference is a great opportunity to support in-depth presentation of your work, results, and achievements, and is very efficient for conveying messages to a large audience with time for questions and productive exchange with other participants.
The Conference format places high importance on poster presentations. The program will include on-site poster sessions at the Conference Center (KCC) in the mornings and afternoons Monday-Thursday. Posters associated with the parallel sessions, as well as poster clusters, will be displayed if the presenter is registered as an onsite participant. In addition, posters by all registered participants (onsite and virtual) will be made available via the hybrid platform at least 2 weeks prior to the Conference. Some online poster sessions will also be organized. More information about the scheduling of these sessions as well as those at the KCC will be available later.

Presenters will be asked to remove their poster at the end of their poster session. The posters not removed at the appropriate time will be recycled. Please DO NOT LAMINATE your poster unless you plan to re-use it. Only un-laminated posters can be recycled.
